To evaluate your financing inquiry, structure capital, match the deal to appropriate capital sources, communicate with you, send transactional and marketing communications you opt into, improve the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

We share information with capital sources, lenders, equity partners, and service providers as necessary to evaluate and place your deal. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may share information with legal, accounting, and compliance advisors, or as required by law.
